Multiple Versions of Mita
As the story progresses, players discover that there is one Mita, and several different versions of her, each with their own personality and behavior. Some versions are friendly and helpful, while others are glitchy, unpredictable, or outright dangerous. The player must navigate between these different Mitas, uncovering clues about the history of the simulation and the corrupted code that causes these versions to exist. Some areas of the game world are stable and familiar, while others become distorted and filled with anomalies, making exploration unpredictable.
The Hidden Core and the Fight for Control
At the center of MiSide is the Core — a control room that governs the entire simulation. Players learn that reaching the Core is the only way to reset the unstable and dangerous version of Mita. Along the way, players encounter malfunctioning environments, corrupted files, and unsettling clues about what happens to players who came before. Each step toward the Core reveals more about the dark truth behind the simulation, making every discovery a piece of a much larger and more disturbing story.
